We offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed during checkout or shipping options are unavailable for your country, we are unable to process orders there at this time. All products are priced in AUD. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, VAT, and shipping-related fees.

Local Regional Carriers are smaller, localized parcel carriers that offer fast and affordable shipping services for businesses like Vape Juice Depot. These carriers fall into two main categories: regional carriers that serve specific cities or regions and those with multi-state coverage within a single network. Unlike nationwide carriers like UPS and FedEx, which reach 99% of the U.S. population, regional carriers cover about 85%.

Due to new regulations affecting vapor product shipments, Vape Juice Depot is partnering with regional carriers nationwide to expand shipping options for the vaping community. You may recognize some of these carriers, while others represent new options for our customers.

You will receive the delivery details in your confirmation email. Our delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, which does not account for any unforeseen delays. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking email will be sent automatically. This indicates that the package has been processed and placed in a queue to be picked and packed by our shipping team, not that it has left our facility. The tracking information will be updated after the carrier has received the package.

To help reduce shipping expenses, we suggest that customers buy in bulk to either benefit from free shipping or minimize the shipping costs for multiple smaller orders.

Our website offers a flat rate of $6.00 for standard shipping. Orders with a subtotal of $69 or more qualify for free shipping (domestic shipping only).Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

Additionally, using discounts such as Reward Points or promotional codes may reduce your subtotal below the required minimum for free shipping. Shipping fees and taxes do not count towards the minimum subtotal. If you did not see the free shipping option during checkout, it is likely that applied discounts lowered your subtotal below the threshold.

Starting March 27, 2021, all deliveries will require Adult Signature service in accordance with the PACT Act. A carrier’s Adult Signature fee of $6 will be automatically added to all orders at checkout.

Ordering

Yes, you have the option to cancel your order within a 2-hour window following confirmation.

  1. Log in to your account: Go to your account and sign in.
    2. Navigate to your order history: Find your order history section.
    3. Select cancel: Next to the order you want to cancel, click on the cancel option.

This process is designed to give you control over your purchases.

If the tracking number indicates your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to service@vapecompassau.com  immediately. We’re here to assist you and ensure that the issue is resolved promptly. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible service, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to address this matter.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will promptly rectify the situation. The accurate order will be shipped to you at no additional cost, and a return label will be provided for the incorrect items. The same process applies to damaged items, and we may request photographic evidence.

Please be aware: Although we strive to keep product photos, specifications, and ingredients current, manufacturers may occasionally make changes without prior notice. As a result, the products you receive might differ slightly from the images or specifications shown.

Once your order is placed, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the current status of its arrival. Please keep in mind that the tracking information provides an estimated delivery time. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, misplaced packages, or routing errors, may cause delays in delivery.

In compliance with federal regulations, all vape mail orders must include Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette products. If your package requires this service, a mandatory fee of $7.99 will be added during checkout.

An adult (21 years or older) must present a valid government-issued ID to the delivery employee and sign for the package.

Please note that we cannot ship packages requiring Adult Signature service to P.O. Boxes.

Payment & Charges

We accept various payment methods on our website, including:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (An address must be registered to the card for transactions to be accepted)
For international orders:
We accept payments from several countries outside the United States.
All products are priced in US Dollars and won’t be automatically converted into your local currency. Any conversion fees associated with international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your country or state isn’t listed during checkout, we can’t accept payment from or ship to your region at this time.
Restrictions:
· Payments can’t be split between multiple credit cards.
· All cards must have a valid security code.
· At the moment, we don’t accept PayPal for payment.

Excise tax is a specific tax imposed on certain goods at the time of purchase, like fuel, alcohol, and tobacco. In some states, electronic cigarettes and vaping products are also subject to this tax.

Depending on where your order is being shipped, vaping products may be subject to excise tax, which is mandated by law.

My payment method was declined; however, I was still charged the full amount.

When a transaction is declined once, or more times, it does not matter if there was a successful transaction or not. Some banks hold the declined amount for security purposes each time a transaction is declined.

Your bank will release the funds into your account. We usually see these post back to the account on the 7th business day from the time of attempt.

Sometimes, an order is missing a specific product that has been sold out. To ensure timely delivery of your order, our team will either reach out to inquire about a replacement or issue a refund for the missing item.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Refunds should be posted to your account within 3-7 business days.

Please note that Vape Juice Depot reserves the right to issue a refund for an item that may be out of stock.

Returns & Refunds

We are pleased to accept returns of new, unopened items purchased from our website for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns that do not align with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order.

To be eligible for a return, items must adhere to the following guidelines:

– The item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and non-defective.

– It must remain in its original, sealed condition.

– The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Once you have confirmed that your item meets these requirements, please reach out to us to request a return. When contacting us via email, please include a photo of the item(s) you wish to return to verify their original, unopened condition.

Please note: All shipping costs, Route fees, and Adult Signature fees are non-refundable.

Regarding return shipping expenses, customers are accountable for the costs of shipping items back to us in the case of a standard return, such as Wrong Item Ordered or No Longer Needed. If the item is being returned due to a defect, once our team confirms that the item is in fact defective, we can either issue a refund for replacement.

Please note that all shipping costs, Route fees, and Adult Signature fees are non-refundable. We do not currently offer exchanges and a new order will have to be placed to ensure you receive the item wanted.

Upon receipt of a refund confirmation email, it usually takes around 3-7 business days for the funds to be processed and appear on statements. Processing times may vary depending on the card issuer. Please note that refunds to international cards may take longer to process.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, whether it’s a credit card, debit card, etc. Vape Juice Depot cannot be held responsible for refunds issued to a canceled credit card if the cardholder no longer possesses it.
